Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

You can reschedule or cancel your photoshoot at no cost, as long as you inform our office before 11:59 p.m. on the day before your scheduled session. If you request a reschedule or cancellation on the same day as your photoshoot, a $49.00 fee will be applied, provided there was no prior notice.

Our photoshoots proceed regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of extreme weather posing safety risks. Should you opt to split your session and capture exterior shots on a different day, there may be an additional fee incurred.
Invoice & Material Release Policy

Our billing practice entails generating an invoice at the time of scheduling your photoshoot appointment in our system.

The photographer will carry out the photoshoot regardless of whether payment has been processed, but the final product will not be delivered until payment is received.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, we strongly advise settling the invoice on the day of the photoshoot
at the latest.

Your completed photoshoot will be promptly sent to your email. If your photoshoot takes place on a weekday, you can expect delivery on the following day. For weekend photoshoots, delivery will occur on Monday.
